KIDNEY BEAN SALAD 
2 c. drained, cooked kidney beans (canned beans may be used)
1/4 c. diced celery
3 pickles, chopped (dill or sweet)
1/4 c. mayonnaise or sour cream
2 sm. onion, minced
2 or 3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine the beans, celery, pickles and onions. Mix well. Add eggs, seasonings and mayonnaise, mixing lightly. Chill thoroughly. Garnish with grated cheese.
