1 (15 oz.) pkg. Oreo cookies
1/3 c. butter
1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream
1 can Hershey's fudge topping
1 c. peanuts
9 oz. Cool Whip

Crush cookies. Mix with butter. Put in the bottom of a 9x13 inch pan. Save some for topping. Add all ingredients in order given in layers. Put remaining crumbs on top. Freeze.
