1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
1 egg
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
2 c. Kix cereal, crushed
1 c. milk
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. ground sage
1/2 c. ketchup

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients except ketchup. Spread mixture in ungreased loaf pan, 9 x 5 x 3 inches. Spoon ketchup over loaf. Bake uncovered 1 to 1 1/4 hours. Drain off fat.
