ORANGE MANDARIN DESSERT 
1 lg. pkg. orange Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 c. juice or cold water
1 (6 oz.) can frozen orange juice
1 can mandarin oranges (lg. and drained)
1 can pineapple tidbits (lg. and drained)
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 sm. pkg. lemon pudding (cooked kind)
1 sm. tub Cool Whip

Mix Jello with boiling water, add cold water and thawed orange juice. Add fruits and nuts, pour into large glass dish. Refrigerate until set. Cook pudding and cool. Fold in Cool Whip. Spread on set fruit Jello.
