CARAMEL PECAN BARS 
CRUST:

1 pkg. cake mix (reserve 2/3 c. for filling)
1/2 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. egg substitute

FILLING:

2/3 c. reserved cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. egg substitute

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom and sides of 13"x9" baking pan. Reserve 2/3 cup dry cake mix for filling. In large mixing bowl, combine remaining dry cake mix, butter and 1/4 cup egg substitute. Mix together and press in prepared pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until light brown.

Meanwhile, combine all filling ingredients in a large bowl. Beat at medium speed 1 to 2 minutes. Pour filling over baked crust. Sprinkle with 1 cup chopped nuts. Return to oven and bake for 30 to 35 minutes until filling is set. Cut into bars.
