NO COOK PEANUT BUTTER FUDGE 
2 sticks of butter
1 c. of peanut butter
1 lg. confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Chocolate fudge: Add 2 to 3 tablespoons of cocoa as you melt your butter.

Melt butter, remove from heat, stir in peanut butter and vanilla. With fork mix in confectioners' sugar, knead with hands until all sugar is gone. The more you knead the smoother the fudge. Put into a greased (buttered) pan, put into the refrigerator an hour and cut into squares. Does not have to be stored in refrigerator.
