AMBROSIA JELLO SALAD 
Pistachio instant pudding (sm.)
1 can drained pineapple chunks (may use fruit cocktail)
Large Cool Whip
1/2 bag mini marshmallows
1 c. coconut, optional

Whip together dry pudding and container of Cool Whip and fold in pineapple and marshmallows. Add coconut, optional. Keep refrigerated.
