FELLUCCINE WITH CHICKEN AND
TOMATOES
 
6 oz. dried felluccine pasta
1 sm. onion (chopped)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. olive oil
1 can (14 1/4 oz.) stewed tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
2 c. cubed chicken
2 tsp. chopped parsley

Cook pasta per directions on package. Drain pasta and in skillet cook onions, tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cook over medium heat, up to high, for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in chicken and heat thoroughly. Serve over pasta and top with parsley and garnish with Bleu cheese or Cheddar if desired.
