TOMATO BROCCOLI CHICKEN 
2 lg. chicken breasts, skinned, split and boned
Salt and pepper
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed
1 tsp. lemon juice
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
3 med. tomatoes, cut in wedges

Sprinkle chicken lightly with salt and pepper. Cut chicken into 1/2 inch wide strips. In medium skillet, cook chicken and onion in butter, until chicken is no longer pink. Stir in broccoli, lemon juice.

Cover, simmer 6 minutes. Add tomatoes, simmer, covered for 3 to 4 minutes more. Makes 4 low cal servings.
