1/2 c. butter
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 eggs
1/2 c. chopped nuts
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/3 c. milk
2 sq. baking chocolate, 1 oz. each

Cream butter, sugar and vanilla. Beat in eggs and add melted chocolate. Sift dry ingredients and add to chocolate mixture alternately with milk. Stir in nuts. chill for 2-3 hours.

Form into 1-inch balls and roll in confectioners sugar. Place cookies on a greased cookie sheet 2-3 inches apart. Yield: 4 dozen cookies.
