CHOCOLATE CRINKLE COOKIES 
1/2 c. Wesson oil
3/4 c. cocoa
2 c. sugar
4 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. confectioners' sugar

Mix oil, chocolate and sugar. Blend in eggs, one at a time. Add vanilla. sift flour, baking powder and salt, add. Chill several hours, or overnight. Drop by teaspoonful into confectioners' sugar and roll into a ball. Place 2 inches apart on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes. Do not overbake!
