PORK AND LIMA BEANS 
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen baby lima beans
5 or 6 smoked pork loin chops
1 tsp. chicken-flavored gravy base
1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
3/4 c. water
1 tbsp. all-purpose flour

Cook beans according to package directions, omitting salt in cooking water. Drain; set aside.

In skillet, brown chops over medium heat. Remove chops from skillet. Pour off all but 1 tbsp. drippings.

Add gravy base to skillet. Blend in flour and basil. Add water, cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and then add beans to skillet, stirring to coat with sauce. Arrange chops over beans. Cover and cook over low heat about 5 minutes or until chops are heated.
