LISA'S CANDIED NUTS 
Easy to make Holiday Treats! Store in air-tight container. Your candy dish will soon be empty!

1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 cup dairy sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. walnuts or pecans

Cook sugar and sour cream over medium heat until boiling. Cook for 3 more minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, add vanilla and nuts. Mix well until coated.

Lay out on waxed paper. Separate with fork. Let cool for 30 minutes.

Makes 1 lb.
