MOM'S SANDWICH SPREAD 
1 pt. green tomatoes, ground and drained
2 green peppers, ground
2 red peppers, ground

Mix and sprinkle with 1 tablespoon of salt. Let stand five minutes, drain and put in kettle with 1/2 cup water. Cook until done. Keep hot while preparing dressing.

DRESSING:

1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/2 c. vinegar
1 c. sour cream
3 eggs, well beaten

Let come to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour over above mixture. Mix well. Seal in sterilized jars while hot. (Four times this recipe makes 9 pints).
