1 1/2 lbs. haddock fillets, skinned 16 oz. can frozen shrimp soup Bread crumbs Salt & pepper to taste Cut haddock into bite-size pieces and place in a buttered baking dish. Pour frozen shrimp soup, which has defrosted naturally, over the fish. Sprinkle bread crumbs to cover entire fish. Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 to 3/4 hour until crumbs are a golden brown. |
