FRENCH ONION SOUP 
Slice thin 5 cups white onion. Saute' in 1 stick butter. When golden in color put in kettle along with 2 quarts (at least) beef broth.

1 cup white dry wine
Kitchen bouquet
Dash Tabasco sauce
Worcestershire sauce
Salt and pepper
Celery salt
1 or 1 1/2 tsp. beef bouillon

Simmer. Add a little water. Serve with parmesan cheese sprinkled on French bread (or put slice of Swiss cheese on top of French bread on top of soup and put into 450 degree oven until cheese melts.
