6-8 oz. crab (1 c.) 1/4 c. lime juice 3 oz. cream cheese 2 tbsp. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. heavy cream 1 tbsp. minced onion 1/2 tsp. dillweed 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 2 drops Tabasco 1/2 tsp. salt 36 Roma tomatoes, scooped out Or 4 tablespoons yogurt. Mix crab and lime 1 hour in advance. Drain. Mix filling. Fill scooped tomatoes. Makes 36. |
