CHICKEN ENCHILADA | |
1 c. Swiss cheese 1 c. Jack cheese 3/4 c. chopped onions 2 packs chicken gravy mix 1 c. sour cream 1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies 12 corn tortillas Make up chicken gravy mix and add sour cream. Cover bottom of 9"x13" pan with 1/2 of mix. Fry corn tortillas and layer 6 in pan. Layer cheese, onions and chilies then cover with 6 fried corn tortillas. Cover with rest of gravy mix and small amount of cheese for looks. Heat and cut in squares to eat. |
