HAMBURGER CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 env. onion soup mix
1 can water
Butter

Rub butter around the sides of a 1 1/2 quart casserole dish; crumble around beef in dish. Pour rice on top of ground beef. Mix both soups with water and pour on top of rice. (Suggestion: Soups and water can be put in the blender before pouring on rice). Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
