LIME CHICKEN BREASTS 
5 boned chicken breasts
1/2 tsp. grated lime peel
1/4 c. lime juice
1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. chili powder

Brush chicken breast all over with lime juice. Place in baking dish; cover and refrigerate 1 hour. Uncover; brush all over with melted butter. In plastic or paper bag, combine the flour, salt, chili powder, and lime peel; add the chicken pieces a few at a time and shake to coat with flour mixture. Return chicken to baking dish. Bake uncovered at 375 degrees until done. About 1 hour. Garnish serving dish with lime slices, if desired.
