LOW CALORIE MEAT LOAF 
1/2 lb. ground turkey
3 slices diet bread, crumbled
1 egg
1 lg. stalk celery, chopped
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
1/4 c. mushrooms, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. parsley
Pepper to taste
1/4 tsp. oregano

Mix all together and put in loaf pan and bake for about 40 minutes at 350 degrees (don't overcook or it'll dry out). If you add 1/4 teaspoon gravy master to darken it more like beef, you'll never know the difference that it is turkey.
