CAKE CORN BREAD 
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. flour
1/2 c. cornmeal
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, sugar and add eggs. Add dry ingredients alternating with buttermilk. Bake in muffin pans or square pan at 425 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
