MEAT SOUP 
3/4 chicken
1 turkey wing
2 lb. flanken
1 onion
2 carrots
3 stalks celery
1 zucchini
1/2 tomato
1 tbsp. salt or to taste

Boil off all meat in half pot of water. Pour off water and rinse meat. Cover again with water, bring to boil and add vegetables and salt. Cook 1 1/2 hours on low flame.
