WASSAIL 
Makes 30 cups. Make in electric percolator.

Put in basket:

1 1/2 c. brown sugar
Pinch salt
5 broken cinnamon sticks
3/4 tbsp. whole allspice
3/4 tbsp. whole cloves

Pour in bottom:

1 (46 oz.) can pineapple juice
1 (48 oz.) jar cranberry juice
1 (46 oz.) can water

Stir to mix; put in basket in place and percolate as usual. Note: Less sugar can be used if a more tart drink is desired.
