1 box yellow cake mix
1 stick butter (melted)
1 egg1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
3 eggs
1 box powdered sugar

Mix "bottom" ingredients; yellow cake mix, melted butter and egg and press in bottom of 9 x 12 inch pan. Mix remaining ingredients together and spread on top of cake.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes. Cut into squares.
