EASY CARAMEL ROLLS 
2 loaves frozen bread dough (thawed) or one recipe of yeast bread
1/2 c. butter
1 lg. pkg. vanilla pudding
1 c. brown sugar
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
butter (to spread)
Cinnamon and sugar

Roll out dough to 1/4 inch and spread with butter and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar as desired. Roll up dough into a cylinder and cut about 1 1/2 inch thickness or as desired. Place in greased 9 x 13 inch pan to begin raising.

Meanwhile melt 1/2 cup butter in small pan and add vanilla pudding, brown sugar, milk and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon. Heat through but do not boil. Pour caramel over dough and raise until double in size. Bake in 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes until golden. Turn out immediately onto foil or plate.
