BROCCOLI SOUP 
1 qt. water
2 c. diced potatoes
1 c. chopped onion
3 chicken bouillon cubes
20 oz. frozen broccoli, chopped
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 lb. Velveeta cheese

Cook water, potatoes, onion, bouillon cubes and broccoli until tender. Add soup and cheese. Simmer 15 minutes.
