HOT DOG CHILI 
5 lb. ground beef or venison
7 c. water
1 c. chopped onions
1 lg. bottle catsup
10 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
A little hot sauce
Salt and pepper
Chili mix
1 clove garlic

Mix meat and hot water together. Add onions, catsup, vinegar, and sugar. Cook until tender. Add spices. Use cornstarch to thicken. Cook a little longer. Ready to use.
