PORK CHOPS & APPLES 
6 pork chops
3 or 4 apples (unpeeled), sliced
1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Brown chops in skillet. Spread apples in greased baking dish. Top with brown sugar, cinnamon and butter. Arrange chops over apples. Bake, covered, at 400 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Yield: 6 servings.
