PORK CHOPS & APPLES 
6 pork chops
3 to 4 unpeeled apples, cored & sliced
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Brown chops in hot oil. Place apple slices in greased baking dish. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Dot with butter. Top with chops. Cover tightly with foil. Bake 1 hour.
