CHARLIE BROWN CAKE 
1/2 c. (1 stick) butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. walnuts or pecans
1 can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 c. coconut
1/4 c. chopped nuts
1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips

Mix first 6 ingredients well. Grease but do NOT flour 8x12-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven. Pour Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk over cake. Sprinkle with coconut. Sprinkle on nuts.

Bake 15 minutes more. Ice with chocolate frosting made from melted semi-sweet chocolate chips.
