GRAHAM CRACKER CAKE 
1/2 c. butter
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, separated
2 1/4 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/4 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped

Cream butter, add sugar and cream together until light and fluffy. Add egg yolks and beat thoroughly.

Add crumbs, flour, salt and baking powder alternately with milk. Beat well. Add nuts and vanilla.

Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into cake batter.

Pour into pans - greased and flour or use spray Pam. 2 layers or tube pan.

Bake at 350 degrees about 25 minutes, a little longer for tube pan.
