CREAMED TUNA OVER TOAST 
1 can tuna fish, drained & flaked
1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. salt

Melt butter in a saucepan. Add flour and salt. Stir until mixed. Pour in milk, stir until smooth. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Cool for 1 minute. Stir in tuna fish; serve over toast. (A quick nutritious meal for a busy, working mom.)
