BEST EVER MACARONI SALAD 
1 (14-16 oz.) pkg. ring macaroni, cooked
1 can French string beans
1/2 green bell pepper, chopped
1 jar pimiento or 1/2 red sweet pepper
1 med. onion, chopped
1 can diced carrots
1 bag frozen peas
1 can kidney beans (drain & soak in vinegar for 1 hour)
2 c. diced celery

Combine vegetables. Mix Dressing: 1 tbsp. prepared mustard 1 1/2 tsp. salt 2/3 c. sugar 1 c. whipping cream or half and half

Mix dressing ingredients and pour over vegetables. Mix all together. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Yield: serves 25.
