MACARONI SALAD 
2 c. macaroni, cooked
1 lg. cucumber
2 lg. tomatoes
2 hard-boiled eggs
1/2 sm. green pepper
4 tbsp. minced onion
HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dressing

Cool cooked macaroni, peel and slice cucumber and tomatoes. Add eggs, salt and pepper to taste. Moisten with dressing. Refrigerate before serving. Tuna or shrimp may be added for a main dish.
