PIZZA PITAS 
1 sm. pita bread round
2 tbsp. catsup, pizza sauce, or spaghetti sauce
1/8 tsp. dried oregano, crushed
2 tbsp. finely chopped salami, pepperoni, summer sausage or bologna
1/4 c. shredded mozzarella or Cheddar cheese

Split pita bread round in half, forming 2 thin circles. Spread each circle with half of the catsup or sauce. Sprinkle half of the oregano over each. Top each circle with half of the meat and half of the cheese.

Place pita bread halves on a baking sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 8-10 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and edges of pita bread are crisp. Remove from baking sheet, cool slightly. Makes 2.
