TURKEY BREAST WITH WILD RICE 
1/2 turkey breast
1 pkg. UNCLE BEN'S® wild rice with seasonings
Salt and pepper to taste
butter

Cook rice according to directions. Grease pan. Place rice on one section of pan in a mound next to the side. Salt and pepper turkey. Place over mound of rice, to fill hollow (skin side up). Put a little aluminum foil over exposed rice and wing joints. Dot with butter. Bake according to time and temperature on pack, about 45 minutes at 350 degrees. Baste a few times. Serve with cranberries and vegetables.
