SHRIMP CREOLE 
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. chopped onions
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 28-oz. can whole tomatoes, chopped, not drained
3/4 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 tsp. thyme
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. ground pepper
1 1/2 tbsp. parsley
1 to 1 1/2 lbs. med. or lg. shrimp, peeled
1 lg. bay leaf
1 1/2 c. UNCLE BEN'S® Converted Rice
1 tbsp. Tabasco sauce (more or less to taste)
