JELLO PUDDING PIE 
1 pkg. Jello instant pudding (any flavor)
1 tub Cool Whip
1 pkg. coconut, shredded
1 stick butter
1 deep dish pie shell

Melt butter and mix in bowl with coconut. Press mixture into pie shell. Bake until brown at 250 degrees. Remove from oven and cool. Mix pudding by box directions and add Cool Whip. Turn mixture into cool pie shell and garnish top.

Keep refrigerated. If you use banana pudding, slice bananas for garnish top, if you use chocolate pudding, garnish top with chocolate pieces and coconut, etc. Yields: 4 to 6 servings.
