BAKED CHEESECAKE PIE | |
1 graham cracker crust 1 pkg. cream cheese, softened (8 oz.) 1/2 c. sugar 1 tbsp. lemon juice 1/4 tsp. vanilla Dash salt 2 eggs 1 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. sugar 1/4 tsp. vanilla Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Combine cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice, vanilla and salt until well blended. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each addition. Place crust on baking sheet, pour in filling. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until knife inserted one inch from edge comes out clean. Combine sour cream, sugar and vanilla. Carefully spread over pie. Continue baking 10 minutes at 400 degrees. Cool. Chill until firm. If desired, top with fresh fruits. |
