APPLE COBBLER | |
8 c. peeled, sliced apples 3/4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice 1/2 c. uncooked oatmeal 1/2 c. raisins 1 tsp. nutmeg 2 tbsp. honey 1 c. Grapenuts cereal Spray 8-inch square pan with Pam. Cover bottom with oatmeal. Mix together apples, juice, raisins, spices and honey; cover oatmeal with mixture. Cover tightly with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Remove foil and sprinkle cobbler with Grapenuts. Return to oven and bake 15 minutes more. |
