CHOCOLATE PEANUT BUTTER PUDDING 
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
3 tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. milk
1/2 c. peanut butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 banana, sliced

In medium saucepan, combine sugar, cocoa and cornstarch. Stir together milk, peanut butter and vanilla. Add sugar mixture. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir 2 minutes more. Remove from heat. Spoon into individual dessert cups and cool. Top with banana slices.
