HERBED, SAUTEED ZUCCHINI 
1 tsp. butter
2 zucchini, sliced 1/2 inch thick
2 tbsp. water
1/8 tsp. dried leaf mint, crumbled
1/4 tsp. dried leaf thyme, crumbled

Coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Saute zucchini until lightly brown. Add water, thyme, mint. Cook 2 to 3 minutes until tender. Add butter.
