PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE | |
1 can pineapple rings 1 jar Maraschino cherries (red) 1 sm. box vanilla instant pudding 1/2 c. brown sugar 1 box Pillsbury Plus yellow cake mix Place pineapple rings in bottom of 9 x 13-inch pan. Place cherries in middle of rings. Mix pineapple syrup and 1 box dry vanilla pudding. Pour over pineapple rings. Sprinkle 1/2 cup brown sugar over mixture. Make yellow cake mix per box directions and pour over mixture in pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 minutes. Cool 5 minutes. Invert onto serving dish. Take cake pan off top after 2 minutes. |
