SAUCE
 
2 1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1 lg. bell pepper
2 med. onions, sweet
3 cans tomato paste (sm.)
1 pt. canned tomatoes
2 blades celery
1 tbsp. Italian seasoning
1 tbsp. sugar, add last after cooking

Simmer for 2 hours in deep thick boiler or crock pot.
