EASY PECAN ROLLS 
2 c. (7 1/2 oz.) marshmallow creme
3 1/2 c. confectioners' sugar (1 lb.)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. butter flavoring
1 (14 oz.) pkg. caramels
2 tbsp. heavy cream
Chopped pecans

Combine marshmallow creme, sugar and flavorings. Knead until all sugar is thoroughly blended. Shape into 8 rolls, wrap each in plastic and freeze.

Melt caramels and cream in double boiler. Dip frozen candy rolls in caramel mixture and roll in chopped pecans. Store in covered container in a cool, dry place.
