AUNT TADDY'S CHICKEN SPAGHETTI 
1 to 5 lbs. chicken
1 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
5 c. chicken broth
1 c. milk
1 can tomato paste
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1 an mushrooms
1 can pimento
2 clove garlic
2/3 lb. spaghetti, cooked

Simmer chicken until tender; strip from bone and cut into pieces. Melt butter; add flour and stir until mixed. Add chicken broth, tomato paste, milk and cook until thickened. Add celery, green pepper, onion, mushrooms, pimientos, and garlic. Add chicken to sauce and mix. Let sit at least 1 hour. Cook spaghetti. Mix with sauce and bake in oven at 350 degrees for about 40 to 50 minutes. Serves 6 to 8.
