HONEY WALNUT CHICKEN 
1 1/2 to 2 lb. boneless chicken breast
1 c. honey
1 1/2 to 2 c. bread crumbs
1 c. ground walnuts
Salt & pepper to taste

Roll chicken in honey, then mixture of walnuts and bread crumbs. Season with salt and pepper. Place in refrigerator for 1 hour. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done.
