2 c. cooked mashed sweet potatoes
1/3 c. melted butter
3 eggs, beaten
1/3 c. milk or half and half
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
Pinch of salt
1 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. cinnamon

Combine all ingredients and beat well with mixer. Pour a little in each pie crust and bake at 350 degrees about 20-30 minutes.
