GREEN BEANS WITH BACON 
2 c. green beans
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1 1/2 tbsp. vinegar
4 slices bacon
Dash of salt

Cook bacon until crisp. Pour off fat except 2 tablespoons. Cook onions in 2 tablespoons bacon fat until soft, but not brown. Add vinegar and a dash of salt and then add all ingredients to beans. Simmer for a few minutes.
